I can help you write a case for support, create an annual fundraising plan and working with a fundraising team to develop a robust multi-channel campaign for year-end fundraising.
Transition and Interim Executive Succession Planning and Facilitation – The average vacancy for a director is 6 months. Can your organization afford that? Hiring me for interim work can keep the development plan on track and I can mentor the new hire to get them up and running.
Marketing and Social Media – Let me help you develop a strategic communications plan with consistent brand messaging.
Strategic Planning and Retreat Facilitation – Board retreats are key to developing a plan. Having an expert facilitate takes the pressure off staff and creates a focused atmosphere.
Special Events – Planning a gala, cocktail reception, or other fundraiser? I have planned dozens of nonprofit events. Consultation must be minimum of four months prior to event, preferably eight.
Board Development and Governance – Boards often need an orientation session and materials to help them understand how to be more than just a “good board,” and become a “great board.” This is usually accomplished with outside guidance, as staff are stretched thin wearing many hats. I can train board members individually and in groups through workshops.
Fundraising and Development Audit – A Development Audit is an internal assessment of your fundraising program and your readiness to embark on new development ventures. Does a part of your strategic plan include a capital plan in the near future? An audit can identify what your organizations has to be working on now to get ready for a feasibility study tomorrow.
