Transition and Interim Executive Succession Planning and Facilitation - The average vacancy for an executive director is six months. Can your organization afford that? Hiring me for interim work can keep the organization on track, and mentor the new hire to get them up and fully operational.

Board Development and Governance - Boards often need an orientation session and materials to help them understand how to be more than just a “good board” but become a “great board.” This is best usually accomplished with outside guidance. I can train board members individually through coaching and in groups through workshops.

Basic Strategic Planning Workshop Facilitation Package I
This package includes three (3) individual one (1) hour Virtual Strategic Planning Workshops, stake-holder survey and one (1) hour pre-event planning session with leadership identifying key areas. This workshop covers an overview of mission, vision, and core values, a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats), a consensus of goals and objectives, process assessment, and an action plan custom created to achieve desired results included included in the written post workshop executive summary. 

Comprehensive Strategic Planning Package II
This package includes the Basic Strategic Planning Workshop Facilitation Package I, plus the DIY Development Audit Program, Facebook group support with video instructions and live Q&A, a summary report with future recommendations, three (3) post-workshop coaching sessions to address deficient areas and one (1) hour final presentation with Board of Directors. 

Governance Excellence Package III
This package contains Comprehensive Strategic Planning Package II above with once a week coaching sessions over 4 months focused upon issues revealed in the development audit and action plan, annual fundraising plan, includes email consultation support, and 2 (two) training workshops for Board of Directors and staff. 

Executive Leadership Package IV
This package contains the Governance Excellence Package III for 12 months of consultation support.
